B2B WHOLESALE REFUND POLICY

This refund policy applies exclusively to B2B wholesale customers purchasing from www.deputamadre69.business, operated under the brand De Puta Madre 69. By placing a wholesale order, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined below, in accordance with applicable European Union legislation for business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

1. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B transactions. Therefore, wholesale buyers are not entitled to a 14-day cancellation period as granted to individual consumers.

2. Refunds and Returns – Conditions

We accept returns or issue refunds only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products upon delivery.

  • Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or design not matching the order).

  • Proven production or printing defects.

Claims must be made within 5 working days from receipt of goods. After this period, products are considered accepted by the buyer.

3. Reporting an Issue

To file a return or refund claim, please send an email to:

Include the following:

  • Company name and VAT ID

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the defective or incorrect products

  • A brief description of the issue

4. Return Authorization

Returned items must be approved in writing by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will be rejected. If authorized, returns must be shipped back within 7 days from the approval date. All items must be unused, in their original packaging.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty or incorrect goods), we will cover return shipping costs or arrange pickup.

  • If a return is requested for any other reason and is approved, shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are at the buyer’s expense.

6. Credit or Replacement

Depending on stock availability, approved refunds will be processed as:

  • Replacement of the defective item(s), or

  • Issuance of a credit note for future orders (valid for 6 months), or

  • Refund to the original payment method, only in exceptional cases.

7. Final Sale Items

Products sold as “Final Sale” or during liquidation campaigns are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the European Union and the Italian Civil Code, as applicable to B2B commercial contracts. In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be the Court of cosenza , italy
