3. Orders & Contract Formation

  2. Orders are subject to acceptance by Ukipo Srls. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time for any reason.
  3. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. The contract is finalized only upon shipment of the goods.

4. Prices & Payment Methods

  1. All prices displayed on the Website are in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  2. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be clearly stated before checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
  3. Non-Delivery Policy: If the shipping company attempts delivery three times and the order is returned to us:
    • De Puta Madre 69 is not responsible for reshipping the order.
    • No refund will be issued for failed deliveries.
    • The customer must pay for reshipping costs or arrange for pick-up at our warehouse.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In compliance with the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Send an email to wholesale @ dpm69.it with your order details.
  2. Returns are accepted only if:
    • The items are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  3. Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days.

Exceptions – No Right of Withdrawal Applies to:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Sealed goods (e.g., underwear) unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.
  • Items that have been used or damaged.
